Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket or attending a Lovebite event, you agree to the following:
18+ Only
All attendees must be 18 years or older. Valid government-issued ID may be required for entry.
Tickets & Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
If Lovebite cancels an event, you will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future event.
Tickets may not be resold without written approval.
Event Changes
We reserve the right to change event dates, venues, formats, or hosts if necessary. If significant changes occur, ticket holders will be notified via email.
Code of Conduct
Lovebite is committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, aggressive behaviour, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in refusal of entry or removal without refund.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
You acknowledge that Lovebite events are social experiences involving interaction with other attendees.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- You attend at your own risk.
- Lovebite is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, theft, emotional distress, or dissatisfaction arising from attendance.
- We do not guarantee romantic matches, compatibility, or specific outcomes.
- We are not responsible for the conduct of other attendees.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Media Release
By attending, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to appear in content, you must notify us in writing before the event.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
